Topic:
Incorporating Gemmotherapy to Restore Lung Health and Vitality
Many people suffer from various types of respiratory health issues, which can affect many other systems in the body. Be it infection, allergy or lifestyle related; acute or chronic in nature, it can severely impact one’s life. Conditions like asthma, infections, pneumonia and COPD are quite common and can require different types of support. In this lecture I will discuss how to incorporate gemmotherapy remedies to assist with lung health and improve overall vitality.
Gemmotherapy is a deeper acting form of botanical medicine. Unlike traditional botanical medicine, which uses a particular part (root or flower, or leaf, bark, etc.) of the adult plant, Gemmotherapy uses the buds of the plant picked during the embryonic growth stage. This is when they are rich in nutrients, minerals, hormonal metabolites, and full of vitality and healing energy. It is these nutrients and vital energy that help to better repair weakened tissue and organs, as well as help to rebuild the systems that have been depleted from chronic conditions.
You will learn about:
- The concept of Gemmotherapy and how to incorporate it into your practice
- Types of, and prevalence of lung pathology in Canada
- The key Gemmos available for the respiratory system:
- Respiratory drainers
- Acute support
- Tissue rebuilders
